How it works
- 01
Create a fund link
In the panel, open Billing → Server funds, or the "Let friends help pay" card on your server's console, and create a link.
- 02
Share it with your players
Post the link on Discord or in game. It opens a page with your server, its plan and how much of the next renewal is already covered.
- 03
Friends chip in
They pay by card from $1 to $100, never more than is still needed, and get an email receipt. The next renewal uses the fund first, then your balance.
Built so nobody overpays
Payments only go where they are needed: this server's next renewal.
Nobody can overpay
Each payment is $1 to $100 and never more than the renewal still needs. If people pay at the same moment, any overflow is refunded to the card automatically.
Only for this server
Payments go toward this server's next plan renewal. They are store credit for that server, not cash.
Balance and gift cards too
Signed-in Enzonic users can also pay from their Enzonic balance or with a gift card.
Server fund questions
Card payments are processed by Stripe, and you get an email receipt. Your email address is only used for the receipt and is never shown to anyone, including the server owner.
No. Anyone with the link can pay by card without an Enzonic account. Signed-in Enzonic users can also pay from their balance or with a gift card.
No. A payment can be $1 to $100 and never more than the renewal still needs. If several people pay at the same moment and the total goes over, the extra is refunded to the card automatically.
Into the server's fund, which only pays that server's plan. Each renewal uses the fund first, then the owner's balance.
The fund closes with the plan and takes no new payments. What is left goes to the owner's Enzonic balance. It is never paid out as cash.
No. Payments are store credit for that server and are non-refundable. The only refund is automatic: the overflow when simultaneous payments go over what was needed.
Server fund payments are covered by our terms of service and refund policy.
